If you found something wrong on a page - a price that moved, a session time that changed, a rule we got wrong - please tell us. Corrections get priority, and we update the page rather than argue about it.

What we can help with

What we cannot do: we are not the venue and we are not the ticket seller. We cannot access, change, cancel or refund a booking - for that, contact the provider named on your ticket voucher. It is usually printed at the top of the confirmation email.

We run a small editorial desk, not a call centre. The line exists for planning questions about your visit - which session fits your day, how the tickets differ, what to pair the Cistern with. Staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET).

Booking changes and refunds cannot be handled on this number - only the provider on your voucher can touch a reservation.
